West Bay Opens Model in Live Oak Preserve
Homes by WestBay announces the opening of its semi-custom 4,135-square-foot Key Largo III model home in Ashwood Village, a private enclave at Live Oak Preserve, the 1,300-acre gated community off Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. More details on the West Bay model can be found here.

Live Oak Happy Hour
With the success of the first Live Oak Happy Hour held on August 13th, the Live Oak Preserve Social club has decided to continue the tradition by scheduling them the 2nd Friday of each month at the clubhouse from 6-8pm. Bring your own beverage or side dish. Please adults only.
Live Oak Clubhouse Now Open to Residents
The Club at Live Oak Preserve is now open to residents during the day. Feel free to read, watch TV, eat lunch or just relax. After many requests we have now opened up the facility so more residents can enjoy this great facility.
